I know everyone has noticed by now (in a very extreme way) that there are some issues with GAX chat. For those of you who do not know, Gary has put in a ticket with the people who provide the chat service and they are working on it.

From what I can tell after watching it for a few days, it seems like the chat doesn't handle a large group of people well, as the more people that are in it, the more it seems to drop.

I know several of you have already figured this out, but for those who may have missed it: There is now a bar at the bottom of the website that says "GAX Online - The Xb... chat (number) members online" and then has two arrows and a person icon.

If you click either of these arrows, the chat will pop up for you... The arrow that points straight up will pop the chat up in the browser window while the diagonal one will open a separate pop-up. The little person icon is apparently used to connect/di… Continue
