About Me
I'm finishing up a fine arts degree in printmaking after 6 years out of high school. I took a year off after high school, went to a design school and studied industrial and interaction design for 2.5 years, and now I am at UMASS finishing my art degree in printmaking and I am glad that I went with fine art as opposed to design. Printmaking gets my creative juices going much better than design did, although both are creative in their own way of course.

I think pretty hard about game design and MMOs in particular, and most of my thoughts are about how they need to change to develop into a genre that can be celebrated for its innovation. I cling to the belief that games need to always be taking a step forward just like the history of art, referring to the past, but challenging the definition of the medium. Games are still in their infancy, but I don't think that many developers see it that way. They don't see the fine art through the product.

Hopefully I can help someday.

The Opulent Velvet Gilded Opium Den

I wanted to give a quick notice about a new group I have started for all who are interested. It's called "The Opulent Velvet Gilded Opium Den" and is meant to be the most haughty, dapper, and intellectually absurd place on GAX for us all to use big words about MMOs. Please join up if you want to d… Continue

Vanguard: Eyes on Telon - Dungeons

In advance, I realize those pics aren't the best quality. I am still saving them in paint and sending them to my mac to photoshop, but that isn't working. I didn't know paint saved such shitty looking pics. Next post will have some nice big high res ones.

Vanguard: Eyes on Telon - PvP

Hi again,

As promised, I'm back for another installment of Eyes on Telon. The goal for today: To explain the state of PvP in Vanguard. In its server-ful launch, Vanguard offered multiple PvP servers with different rule sets. Tharridon was the free-for-all server. Varking was the Tea

Vanguard: Eyes on Telon - Introduction to the Blog Series

In the first of my Vanguard series of blog posts, I want to let the GAX community know how I will try to help expose the elusive and very misunderstood game Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. Everything that will be written here will be the honest truth and I will try my absolute hardest to paint the game from the perspecti… Continue

Hey, I was scrolling down your page and saw you like Earthsea, my godfather did the illustrations for the cover of that book.
How much did harry potter rip it off and make it (for lack of a better term) gay?

Ahahahaha, thats quite funny you say that.
I was drooling over the new blade runner box set yesterday and I saw that picture of Deckard hanging from the roof and thought “that would make a bad ass display pic” then I remembered you have that.

Cool thanks for the comment. I have about 500 of them, so it's hard to slowly pick out just a few to post.
And I like your picture. I haven't got the Bladerunner DvD yet...that new directors cut one.
